My wife and I moved from Virgina and were looking for a rental. We contacted Mr. Les Mauck to assist us with this task. He made the appointments and showed us several homes, always keeping in touch with us for our decisions and in what other areas we wanted to look. After a couple of weeks of being disappointed in the rentals available, we decided to look into buying a home. During the month or so we were waiting to close on our home, Mr. Mauck worked diligently, assisting us with the various issues that came up, and communicating concerns to the builder and the mortgage company. During the loan process, Les continued to show us other homes that were completed by the same builder in the event we wanted to switch to a different location. He was always available to answer our questions and protect our interests in buying a home. Les was always available and attended all the meetings with the builder and loan company. He attended two pre-purchase walk-throughs and the closing. Mr. Mauck was very instrumental in the decision to buy and the process required to complete our purchase.
